1. An initiative by Goga Gulordava and Kakha Kutsava has been initiated regarding the amendments to the Administrative Offences Code of Georgia:
- Owner of the vehicle that has been abandoned for more than 3 months, will be fined for 50 GEL.
- Bus Lanes may not be used by other means of transportation, but mini-buses, for parking, movement or waiting. Violation will result in the fine of 100 GEL.
- Parking, stopping or moving on the bicycle lane by any other means of transportation but the bicycle, will result in the fine of 50 GEL

2. An initiative by Revaz Arveladze on the amendments to the Law on Electricity and Natural Gas has been registered at the Bureau:
- Following requirements ought to be enforced for the membership of the Regulatory Commission: Georgian citizenship requirement , Higher Education Degree granting sufficient qualification to carry out specific functions defined by the Law, no less than 10 years experience in the relevant field.
- Two members of the Commission are required to be Energy Specialists by profession - Gas Specialist and Water Supply Specialist respectively. Apart from the listed professions it is allowed for the one member to hold the expertise in Economics or Law. Above mentioned specialists should be distinguished with the high level of professionalism and integrity.
- In cases of the Employment termination whether due to the reasons of resignation or the expiry of six years employment term, above mentioned qualifications and criteria ought to be considered for the new members as well.

3. Initiative of the MPs regarding the amendments to the Law of the 'Prevention of domestic violence or Violence against Women; Protection and Assistance towards the victims of violence' has been registered at the Bureau.
- Identification, assistance, protection or the rehabilitation of the victims of Violence Against women or Domestic Violence shall be determined by coordinated and mutually agreed activities between state agencies and all the other relevant subjects. Following will be defined by the 'Referral procedures for the identification, protection, rehabilitation of the victims of Domestic Violence / Violence against women' that will be approved by the Georgian Government.
