2. The Initiation of Government about the amendments on Law of Georgia on Accounting and Financial Audit was registered at Bureau, which states that:

• The adoption of legislative act about the evaluative activity is postponed until 31^st December 2018, instead of 31^st December 2017
• The establishment of financial reporting standards by Service for Accounting, Reporting and Auditing Supervision will be carried out until 1^st July 2018, instead of 31^st December,2017

2. The Initiation of Government about the amendments on Administrative Offences Code of Georgia was registered at Bureau, which states that:

• When identifying the inaccessibility of information in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Georgia, in legal circulation of substances under special control of Georgia, by authorized person of Ministry of Labour Health and Social Affairs of Georgia, the receipt of penalty will be prescribed and the receipt of penalty on offence will be sent according to the registration at address. Therefore, the indicated offence does not belong to District (city) courts jurisdiction.
• Delivery of prescribed receipt of penalty on offence is defined
