1. The Initiation of government on the amendments on the law of Georgia on higher education and law on General Education was registered at Bureau, which states that:

• Everyone will be entitled to choose the teacher preparation educational program within the bachelor educational program, which will give him/her the right to teaching.
• The right to take the teacher preparation educational program is for the individual, that will choose the teacher preparation educational program within the subject/course group relevant to bachelor program, foreseen by national curriculum.

2. The Initiation of government about the amendments on the law of Georgia on higher education and law on General Education was registered at Bureau, which states that:

• The liquidation of LEPL – EMIS- Education Management Information Centre is occurred , in order to reduce operation expenses and definition of the ministry as its assignee.
• The influence in the cases of ratification of amendments will be on spending the budget and on the part of revenue (the operational expense is reduced by 325 000 Gel, which moves toward to the priority programs of the ministry).

3. The initiation of Government about the amendments on law of Georgia on Education Quality Improvement and law of Georgia on higher Education, was registered at Bureau, which states that:

• It is provided that, the council for higher educational institution consists of permanent and invited members. Invited members have the right to vote, but they are only invited to the authorization council meeting, when the authorization application, presented by the status-seeker of higher education institution, indicates specifically defined regulated (medical) academic higher educational program.
• The ministry, while selecting higher educational institution`s authorization council's invited member candidates, leads with set requirements and criterions, established by World Federation for Medical Education.
• The invited member of authorization council, who is the public servant, will not be paid.
• The different terms of accreditation is established, while the first and every following accreditation of the program.
• The part of conditional accreditation and that will not be limited to only the case of repeated accreditation.

4. The Initiation of Government about the amendments of law on Military Duty and Military Service and law on the Special State Protection Service of Georgia was registered at Bureau, which states that:

• Performance of the military duty at Special State Protection Service will be possible in the contracted service, as well as in the compulsory military service.
• The circumstance is clarified, that according to the results of relevant selection and appropriate fulfillment of the requirements, conscripts are not only enlisted in the contracted (professional) military service, but by the same rules they are selected to perform the compulsory military service, as well as in the contracted work.
• It is defined that, if the conscript prematurely terminates his/her contract on his/her own initiative or due to his/her fault, he/she will be subject to conscription into compulsory military service,with set term, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of Georgia.
• That amendment will influence the state budget of Georgia, which will be dependent on amount of relevant constricts.

5. The initiation of Roman Gotsiridze about the amendments on law on Broadcasting was registered at Bureau, which states that:

• The change of public broadcaster funding rule is provided and it will not be dependant on the amount of gross domestic product- GDP in Georgia and the amount of money for the above-mentioned ,assigned from the budget, is defined according to the project, presented by spending institution.
• Therefore, law on Broadcasting, the 33th article, 5^th paragraph is abrogated. According to that, the amount of public broadcasting funding is defined by Gross domestic product in Georgia, in previous year, no less than 0,14%.

6. The legislative proposal of Public Defender (ombudsman) was registered at Bureau.

Above-mentioned was submitted due to the fact that, according to the record of law, the teachers working on occupied territories, who train/teach school-leavers, involved in educational activities, are ceased pension.

The legislative proposal provides the amendments about the law on State pensions and the list of activities, which is not considered public activities, shall be added “paid labor activity practiced on Georgian occupied territories”.

7. The legislative proposal of Tbilisi City Assembly about the amendments on law on Medicines and pharmaceutical activities was registered at Bureau, which states that:

• The distribution of pharmaceutical products on the Georgian market shall be conducted with Georgian annotation, the penalty, for the violation of realization rules, will be 500 Gel.
