1. The Initiation of Government of Georgia about the amendments of law on Organizing Lotteries, Games Of Chance and Other Prize and its following laws was registered at Bureau, which states that:

With the change of the term: "the table of Gaming house”, if the game is held between the two representatives on the table, two table charge should be paid.    

The definition of dependent persons list was added, which consists of data of people dependent on Games of Chance. Putting data about dependent peoples list is held according to the person’s reference, who presents relevant claim in the Revenue Service and according to the order of court based on Administrative code of Georgia.

The list of people dependent on game is carried out by Revenue Service and the person is put in the list for 3 years. The holder of the permission is obliged to check the person in the relevant list, before the player is permitted to enter the unit or before the participation in the electronic system form of game and if that exists, should not permit the dependent person to play. The term: “dependent on game chance” is also defined. In particular, person dependent on game is individual, who has invincible will and dependence on Games of chance or/and excitable games and which is put in the list of dependent people, without the consideration of the result.

For Georgian citizen to participate in games of chance (apart from encouraging games), organized as electronic system, it becomes mandatory to register that player in the complete electronic list of gamers.

• The limitation of participation of georgian citizens in the game of chances under the age of 21 or prohibition of foreigner/ stateless person participation in game of chances under the age of 18, was added. According to amendments proposed in different articles, the participation of Georgian citizens in games of chance is prohibited under the age of 21 or the participation of foreigner/stateless person under the age of 18.

The amendment proposed in Administrative offences code of Georgia:

• The  permission of participation of Georgian citizens in games of chance (apart from encouraging games), organized as electronic system, who is not registered as a player in the common list of players, will cause the organizer of the excitable or game of chances ( apart from encouraging games), penalty of 5000 Gel. In case of repetition, it will cause penalty of 10 000 Gel.
• Other considerations: The penalties for players that are not registered in Common list and also for the cases when dependent people, who are put in dependent list, participate in Games.

2. The legislative Initiation of Simon Nozadze and Gia Jorjoliani about the amendments of law on Political Associations of Citizens was registered at Bureau. According to the initiation:

• Government budget, part of which  is directly assigned  to the political parties, will also  be given to political  parties  registered in Central Election Commission which is presented in the parliament as fraction.

As the initiators state: In 2018 and for the middle term, the influence on Government budget consists of minimum 300 000 Gel annually, for each political party.

3. The Initiation of Healthcare and Social Issues Committee about the amendments of law of Georgia on Health Care and the Criminal  procedure code of Georgia was registered at Bureau, which states that:

• The definition of untended corpse also consists of the category, which is identified, but the relative of dead person, legal representative or the other person entitled to get /claim inheritance is identified, but that person waives the burial.
• The record in the existing edition of law: “ Healthcare in Mountainous regions is free of charge and is held by government budget is altered with the following record : “Healthcare in Mountainous regions is held according to the regulations of law of Georgia”.

According to the amendments of the Criminal procedure code of Georgia :

• The transmission of unidentified or untended corpse for educational or/and scientific research purposes to educational or scientific institutions, medical or/and experimental institutions, is held by the permission of procurator, which gives it for execution to the institution carrying out the investigation.
