1. The bureau registered initiative by G. Kakhiani on amendments to the rules of procedure:

• The amendments envisage setting up the parliamentary freedom order instead of the Georgian freedom order.

• The coordination agency for the budgetary office is changed - the rules for staffing of the supervisory body. Namely, the supervisory body will include faction representatives, apart from the chairperson of the Parliament and the chairperson of the finance and budgetary committee

2. The bureau registered a new draft law on remuneration in public services

3. Amendments to the law on civil service::

• The concept of civil service is defined and expanded

• Changes are made to the civil service work contracts. It is defined that for fulfilling non-permanent goals, a person may be hired through without a simplified contest
