1. The Initiation of Government about the amendments of law on traffic rules and accompanying laws was registered at Bureau.

According to the amendments of law on traffic rules:

• Periodic technical inspection is defined as followed: the unity of technical operations and procedures, by which with the appointed frequency is established the technical conditions of primary elements of vehicle/road safety and the composition of unhealthy substances in fumes scattered in atmosphere/ Air.
• The vehicle operated on the territory of Georgia or registered vehicle is subject to periodic technical inspection by LEPL the unified national body of accreditation center in relevant area of accredited inspection center.
• The requirement of buildings, equipment and the technical qualification of staff of vehicle periodic technical inspection center, should be defined by Normative act of Government          
• The vehicles that, have been conducted testing on road capability, according to the law, until 1 January of 2018, does not require periodic technical inspection, until the left period of conducted vehicle testing.

The amendments about the administrative offences code of Georgia:

• Driving the vehicle, which has not been conducted periodic technical inspection, according to the established rule, will cause the driver the penalty of 50 Gel.
• Giving the vehicle for driving/exploitation/ permission, which has not been conducted periodic technical inspection, according to the established regulation, will cause the individual the penalty of 50 Gel, and the penalty of 200 Gel for legal entity/individual Entrepreneur.
• The indicated violation of law will cause the person responsibility, when the fact is recorded on video-recording or/and on photographic plate, if the entitled person of Ministry of Internal Affairs does not subscribe the fine about the violation of law on the incident place.

2. The Initiation of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources Committee about the amendments of Administrative offences code of Georgia was registered at Bureau, which states:

• Ticketless Travel by regular city passenger transportation bus or Mini bus will cause penalty for 20 Gel (with the existing regulation – 5 Gel)
• The indication that the passenger must buy the ticket before travelling or pay the defined cost for travel by electronic payments, is added
• The amount of fine is defined with the imputed fine for double amount ( with the existing regulation- 50 Gel)

3. The legislative Initiation of Georgia National Communications Commission`s legislative primary proposal (https://info.parliament.ge/#law-drafting/13554) about the Broadcast and the accompanying laws amendments, was registered at Bureau, which also implies:

• The legislative definition of media literacy
• The function of media literacy development is added to the commission functions, and that should be mentioned in the report of Commission
