2) The parliament members’ initiative (Zaza Gabunia, Merab Qvaraia, Goga Gulordava) on changes in the law On Labor Remuneration in Public Institutions was registered at the bureau. The reason is that according to the change in the Georgia Local Self-Government Code made in December, 2017 the post of the deputy chairman of the fraction of the municipality assembly was added to the list of municipality assembly officials. The problem was that in the law On Labor Remuneration in Public Institutions there was no mention of the remuneration for the above mentioned post. The initiative includes the following changes:
The N4 annex of the law will be set up in a new way - the post of the deputy chairman of the fraction of municipality assembly of Tbilisi and its upper limit of the remuneration (3.0) will be added to the annex’s N4.1 table;
The post of the deputy chairman of the fraction of the municipality assembly and its upper limit remuneration (2.0) will be added to the N4.2 table of the annex.
