1. The governmental program was registered at the bureau, thus the personnel of the government is presented for the declaration of confidence. David Zalkaliani is nominated for the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Giorgi Cherkezishvili for the Minister of Economy and Nikoloz Gagua for the Minister of Finance positions.

2. The initiative of the Legal Issues Committee on the amendments to the Election Code and the accompanying laws was registered at the Bureau:

• The full text of all the regulations within the Election Code regarding the majoritarian MPs (only in respect of the parliamentary elections) and election blocs (both in the Parliament and in the local self-government elections) is to be removed / modified. Accordingly, only political parties shall take part in the elections;

• The President of Georgia shall appoint the parliamentary elections without the Prime Minister's co-signature;

• There shall be a single multi-mandate electoral district (which leads to the abolition of the norms defining the process of majoritarian districts creating for the parliamentary elections);

• The political party registered under the procedure established by law and has nominated representatives until the date of elections appointment, shall have the right to participate in parliamentary elections

3. The government's initiative on amendments to the Law on National Bank was registered at the Bureau. The initiative implies regulation of the issues related to service activities different from the Law on Public Service, specifically:

• The President of the National Bank shall be entitled to determine the amount of additional benefits for the life and health insurance of the  Board Members of the National Bank;

• Only the National Bank shall be authorized: to approve the structure and staff list of the National Bank; to determine the remuneration of the employees of the National Bank and the amount of any other additional benefits; to identify basic, special and additional qualification requirements for the employment of a person in the National Bank; to select and to designate a person in the National Bank; to promote, to transfer and to dismiss; to determine the transfer of the National Bank employees by the business trip, the rule of reimbursement of their business trip expenses and the amount of compensation within the norms of public service; to identify the general rules of ethics and behavior within the National Bank, as well as rules and conditions for conducting a competition for the employment of a person in the National Bank, promotion of promotion of the employee of the National Bank, increase of professional skills, encouragement, bonus, transfer and adequate qualification

4. Government Initiative on the amendments to the Laws of Roads and to the accompanying lawes was registered at the bureau.

• The rules regarding traffic parameters of vehicles during the transportation period are to be changed. Disobedience to the provisions of the Technical Rules shall be considered as administrative offense.

• The Government Decree has been adopted defining the rules for supervising the installation and implementation of the speed-limitation equipment for certain categories of vehicles and accordingly amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses shall be defined concerning the relevant sanctions.

5. The Government's initiative on the amendments to the law on licenses and permits was registered on the bureau

• In accordance with the applicable legislation, documents submitted by the applicant to obtain  permits of air transportation and aviation works shall be attached to the documents of legal entity of private law and individual entrepreneurs obtained from the state register,  which constitutes an additional barrier. The obligation to submit an excerpt from the the state register is annulled accordingly.

• Issuance obligation of the permit document to conduct irregular international air transportation and aviation works is to be also defined, which refers to the authorized personal issuing permits in case of request.
