1.The bureau has registered the initiative of Government about state protection, law and in accompanying laws variations. Accordingly:

• The President won’t keep his private protection service until the end of his life. According the decision of the Government, protection could be renewed for 1 year for the President, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Parliament. Their termination of entitlement won’t be the result of violation of the constitution or a crime committed and there should be enough data to suggest that their lives and health are in danger. There is a same rule about the protection  for the the family members of the officials.
• Among the protection with the state objects are determined other essential objects, there will be halls and exits for the governmental and important persons of the airport of Georgia . In this object the terms of service and the authority of defining terms are assigned for government;
• According the decision of the protected person, protection measures should be terminated or temporarily halted.
• It is determined that the service adhere to their rights and responsibility, as well as abroad, according to Georgian legislation and norms of international law.
• Performance of work duties in special circumstances, in case of death the family will receive reimbursement.

2. The bureau was registered the members of Parliament (Akaki Zoidze, Svetlana Kudba,Fati Khalvashi, Koba Nakaidze, Mirian tsiklauri, Dimitri Mkheidze,Dimitri Khundadze,Levan Koberidze,Mariam Jashi) the initiative about healthcare and the public health  about changes in laws. Accordingly :

• The obligatory immunization from January 1 , 2019, prophylactic  vaccines will be obligatory which are approved by the Ministry
• During 6 months the Ministry shall ensure compliance of the subordinate acts with this amendment (technical changes related to the introduction of prophylactic vaccination and the introduction of information about immunization in the general educational establishment of Georgia and enrollment in children's kindergarten)

3. The bureau registered the initiative about changes in the Code of Administrative Violation by Members of Parliament (Z. Gabunia, G. Gulordava, K. Lursmanashvili).

• When you travel without ticket during the preparing the punitive receipt, authorized persons will be authorized to obtain and process identification data of an offender from the electronic database of the State Services Development Agency.

4. The bureau registered the initiative of  G. Kakhiani and G. Macharashvili on amendments to the Law on State Awards, according to which:

• Submissive subjects  of awarding people by order and medal and the rule of order and medal for the awarded person.
• Candidates for the honorary medal of Shota Rustaveli , Vazha Pshavela and Georgian National Bonuses will be presented to the commission of the President of Georgia
• According to the amendment to the law on special ranks, it was determined that the special rank should be given by President of Georgia, with the Prime Minister's co- signature

5. The bureau registered the initiative of Eka Beselia on the amendment to the Law on State Compensation and State Academic Scholarship, according to which:

• In case of death of a former judge of the Supreme Court, his children before the age of 18, disabled spouse and children (regardless of age) must be compensated by 75% of the Supreme Court judiciary compensation.

6. The bureau registered (K. Kuchava, A. Talakvadze, M. Mdinaradze ) the initiative of Parliamentary members  on the amendments to the law on Tax Code, according to which:

• Without right of checking  electric motor buses (including mini-buses) will be exempted from VAT import and supply.

7. The bureau registered the legislative proposal of the Public Defender on amendments to the Law "On Public Defender"

• The Public Defender's authority must be clearly defined, collected and processed personal data, including personal category of special categories.

8. The bureau registered the members of Parliament (G. Maghradze, T. Chugoshvili, I. Pruidze, E. Beselia, K. Kuchava, G. Kakhiani) the draft resolution on approval of the state concept of supporting (Author: "Civil Society Institute").

• According to the project, after the approval concept, the Permanent Parliamentary Board of the Open Government has the following obligations:
• Implementation of the provisions on the basis of consultation
• Determining with government and civil society organization the development of public organization priorities  of government support by consultation

In addition, the Government is obliged to create the development of  public organization action plan based on the concept and the priorities determined by the council.
